JEWELRY CARE 

Keep your jewelry DRY: Silver will tarnish, especially when it is introduced to salty solutions or chemicals. It is very important to keep your jewelry away from any liquids.

 

Stick to the last on, first off rule. To help prevent jewelry contact with chemicals it is recommended to put your jewelry on after applying fragrances and makeup. You should also remove jewelry before showering or swimming.

Store your jewelry individually. Your jewelry will have a velvet bag or a box filled with cotton provided to ensure you have  a clean dry place to store your jewelry. Storing your jewelry individually is important as it prevents possible scratching or tangling.

 

SHIPPING

Orders are processed Monday- Friday. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped/available for pickup or delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. All items are shipped via USPS first class. If you need your order by a certain date please leave a note and we will try to accommodate you. Processing time is subject to change due to order volume. 

Envied Jewels is not responsible for delays in delivery due to unclaimed packages, inaccurate shipping addresses or general delay issues usps may be experiencing due to COVID-19. The address used at checkout is the address used for shipping so please check for accuracy. 

Envied Jewels is also NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages- replacements or refunds will not be provided. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
